  • Terms & Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions between AP Overseas Pvt. Ltd., (hereinafter called the Company) and the employer (hereinafter called the Client) are deemed to be accepted by the virtue of receipt of a Curriculum Vitae, an interview or the engagement of an applicant howsoever initially introduced by the Company.

     

    1. Client agrees to provide the attested demand letter, power of attorney, Guarantee letter, Employment contract and agency agreement mentioning all the details (categories, numbers, qualification, salary and other benefits, working hours, age, sex, country of employment etc. in the letter head.

    2. Client agrees to mention the job responsibilities of each category before the selection procedure of the candidates.

    3. Company agrees to provide the CVs of screened candidates for client’s evaluation (Face to face interview/telephone interview/video interview/CV selection) within 2 weeks from the date of receiving hard copy of attested documents.

    4. Company agrees to furnish all the required documents of the selected candidates including medical reports for visa procedure within a week from the date of selection.

    5. Client agrees to notify tentative date of visa issuance.

    6. Client agrees to provide a copy of valid document like submission paper to prepare the candidates for on time deployment.

    7. Company agrees to deploy the candidates in less than two weeks after the date of receiving visa.

    8. Company agrees to make sure that any candidates found medically unfit during the period of two months of employment, total cost of replacement shall be borne by Company.

    9. If the candidates are selected by the Clients through the face to face interview, company will not be liable for poor performance of the candidates once employed.

    10. Client agrees to ensure and guarantee for the workers' security in UAE.

    11. Client agrees to be liable to pay salary and other benefits to all the recruited candidates as mentioned in the employment contract.
